Polish Citizenship
Recognition as a Polish citizenship is possible if you:
- Have resided in the territory of Poland for at least 3 years based on a residence permit or a long-term resident EU permit.
- Have resided in the territory of Poland for at least 2 years based on a residence permit or a long-term resident EU permit, provided that you have been married to a Polish citizen for at least 3 years.
- Have resided in the Republic of Poland for at least 1 year based on a residence permit obtained due to Polish origin or on the basis of the Polish Card.
- Have continuously and lawfully resided in the territory of the Republic of Poland for at least 10 years with a permanent residence permit or a long-term resident EU permit.
